The character or personality of a business’s founder can animate even a giant machine. For instance, agreeable and emotionally stable CEOs lead companies that are people-oriented. Neurotic chiefs run innovative and competitive organizations. Execs highly open to new experiences cause their companies to place less emphasis on standards and efficiency. However, employees at these firms are more creative and engaged with their jobs than employees whose employers emphasize controls.
